I have been a livery at THE for the last five years, have owned horses over the past 40 years and have stabled my horses in an array of establishments. THE is outstanding !
Am an older rider who experienced two nasty falls at an age where one does not bounce ! Tracy has worked patiently with me and my young () horse , incorporating fun and lots of laughter, assisting the partnership with my boy to grow and grow. We both have ‘special needs’ which Tracy continues to meet.
THE is located right on South Weald so there is no need to run the gauntlet on the roads !
The staff are GREAT. They are knowledgable and only to happy to help in any given situation.
I travel frequently to see family in Australia- going in the knowledge that my horse will be looked after impeccably in my absence.
Tracy organises various events over the year, social and horse related.
THE is a wonderful community…..for horses and owners

I have been a livery here for two years and me and my mare couldn’t be happier.
Tracy has helped me as a first time horse owner and novice rider become more knowledgeable and confident, not only being around horses but in my riding.
The staff are amazing, friendly and approachable too.
My mare was pretty unhealthy when arriving at THE, but with the expert nutrition and care advice from Tracy, she is looking fab and shes now a happy, healthy horse.
I know my horse is in safe hands at THE and wouldn’t want my horse to be stabled anywhere else.

I have been on a number of yards throughout my many years as a horse owner and can honestly say this is the best – I will never move again! Tracy (the owner) is very knowledgeable, has a very hands-on approach and I know I can trust her and her staff implicitly with the care of my best friend.

The emphasis is totally on the happiness and care of the horse, with the happiness of the owner coming a very close second! There is none of the tension that I have experienced on other yards and nervous riders (like me!) are never made to feel inferior. Lessons and schooling are available (Tracy is a qualified instructor) as is help and advice – but only if required and this is never forced on anyone.

The location is beautiful, with direct access to the Country Park and a number of bridleways. All stables are large and airy with plenty of storage space and there are two floodlit arenas for use. Various events are organised throughout the year, both on and off site and for anyone who wants to join in. All in all it’s an amazing place and I cannot praise it highly enough.

T.H.E. Stables really is a happier yard than most others. It is well managed with the horses welfare always put first and help always available when needed. The horses have spacious stables with regular year-round turnout and the owner, Tracy, has given me so much support over the years I have been there.

It has a community feel without being pushy and I would honestly never keep a horse anywhere else!

Having been a livery here for a few years I can still say I love this place. Without sounding too cliché it really is a haven away from the stresses of work and life outside the gates.. I turned up one afternoon with my horse a nervous mess having seen the nasty side of the horse world on previous yards never believing I would be as happy as I am now. Really wish I had found T.H.E sooner things would have been so much easier. The management here is incredible, the exceptional care for the horses is unrivalled and I always like that decisions are made on scientific fact as apposed to “that’s just how I have always done it” it was so refreshing.. I would never keep my horses any where else..

I moved my yearling in almost 4 years ago. You feel instantly relaxed when you go through the gate and so did my horse. After being integrated slowly into the herd he made friends quickly and settled in within no time. Expertly cared for by caring and knowledgeable staff with Tracy at the helm he went from strength to strength. Help and advice always on offer. Excellent facilities, two schools and hacking directly into South Weald. All of your horses needs taken care of to the relief of busy owners. A lovely yard of owners and horses all of whom I consider to be my horsey family. Fun events organised throughout the year in which you can join in as little or often as you like with no pressure! and more importantly no judgement! T.H.E Stables is my sanctuary. If my horse is happy then so am I !
