I was lucky enough to find this yard. My horses are on full livery, and the standard of care is fantastic. I can honestly say I have never found anywhere before where I haven’t had concerns about something. However, at Heathlands I know my horses needs are met, and they really do care about the horse.

The yard is very friendly, and everyone is encouraging. The support from Charlotte and Donna is amazing. The facilities are fabulous, the care that goes into keeping the paddocks to a high standard is phenomenal.

I have absolutely no reservation in recommending this fabulous yard.

A lovely yard with brilliant facilities. Donna looks after the horses extremely well and Charlotte is always available for help and advice if needed.

Our family moved from Essex to Norfolk 18 months ago, along with our pony. I visited all the livery yards within a 10 mile radius when choosing and found Heathands Equestrian the best in the area!
Facilities are great along with the staff. Everyone is super friendly & helpful, the yard is very secure with added CCTV operating. Off road hacking is safe and the scenery is lovely.
Charlotte – the owner is always on hand to offer advice when asked with the added benefit of owners living on site.
Paddocks are maintained all year round with secure, safe fencing.
Most importantly, the horses (and owners) are happy and well cared for 🙂

This is the 2nd time we’ve used heathlands as our livery yard and i wouldn’t go anywhere else. The facilities are amazing- the best in our area. The yard is very friendly and happy. Charlotte’s always so helpful and is always ready to give advice and support from her vast equestrian knowledge. We feel at home here as does our pony, who loves his field of lush grass! I can’t think of a single negative – we love it here!

My horse has been at Heathlands for 2 years now, I sent him there on retirement livery . I am a very happy owner the facilities are fantastic not that I get to use them all with him being retired unfortunately . Beautiful place with competent and friendly owners . Five stars from me .

I have my 2 Tbs here and both me and them love it here , has excellent facilities and maintained to a very high standard and just a truly fab yard . Happy horses means a very happy owner

Heathlands livery yard is a perfect place for any equine owner. The team at heathlands are both informative and caring of your horses needs The facilities they provide are done to a very high standard. The ménage is beautiful to ride in and the jumps are of a great standard. The arena mirrors are an added bonus and help both horse and rider. I believe the team have thought of everything you would want in a perfect livery yard and they should be proud of the standards they have achieved

I have hired the arena a few times and have nothing but praise. The surface is amazing, it is a good size plenty of room for jumps and I love the 2 huge mirrors.
