Fantastic yard very well ran. Owner and staff very helpful have hired the arena a few times for Northumberland Riding Club to hold clinics and also attend regular lessons with their onsite instructors . Highly recommend it’s a lovely yard and very well kept .

Benridge manages the balance between being a professionally run yard whilst maintaining a familial and friendly atmosphere. I was very inexperienced when I came to the yard and Jane and the team supported me exceptionally well. There is always someone available to offer advice and/or hands on support.

The facilities are excellent and maintained to a very high standard. We are fortunate to have indoor and outdoor arenas which is important in Northumberland! There are regular clinics with very experienced instructors and the riding club activities are extremely well organised and a lot of fun.

There is a huge amount of support and encouragement from the other liveries whether people are competing at affiliated, unaffiliated, or simply hacking or engaging with riding club activities. It is a genuinely friendly and encouraging group of people who are enjoying their horses.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Benridge as an excellent yard for horse and rider!

Benridge is a special yard. My horse loves the routine and the staff. Facilities are 5 star, there are top class trainers offering flatwork/ jumping and more weekly and the yard organises farrier/ dental/ worming/ veterinary visits if you wish. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. The yard is tidy and secure. Couldn’t ask for more.

I've been a livery at Benridge Riding Centre since 2012 and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The horses are looked after to a very high standard, each treated as an individual, and I have absolutely no worries about my horse when I'm not there. The facilities are excellent, with a large indoor arena and a HUGE outdoor, both with Martin Collns' surfaces. There are many trainers on site each week, regular Riding Club clinics, as well as low-key competition which are ideal for those dipping their toes into the competitive scene for the fist time, those with baby horses,. or those looking to try the next level up. For those non-competitive riders, there is loads of hacking on lanes, or on bridleways direct from the yard. The yard is friendly, the other liveries are very supportive and always willing to offer a helping hand. Highly recommended!

Benridge Riding Centre is a very friendly, well run yard where staff are knowledgeable and experienced. The yard caters for all levels of riders with access to trainers, clinics and competitions. The facilities are fantastic (indoor and outdoor arenas) and there are opportunities for hacking on and off road. Most importantly, the care of horses is excellent and my horse is healthy, happy and settled. I could not ask for more.
