I have been at pensdell for nearly 4 years now and it has been fantastic. Julia’s care and attention to the horses are second to none, I don’t know of many yards where night checks are done every night no matter the weather. We have great hacking lovely maintained school combined with Julia’s great supportive coaching skills. She has helped me hugely with building my confidence. Julia cares about her clients and always plans lots of clinics and event at yard and at other venue and care for all abilities also offering out of the saddle sessions if you need help with achieving your goals. To top it up we have a great supportive bunch of liveries so I highly recommend Julia’s yard

So lucky to have a space at Pensdell. My special needs older mare is very well cared for by Julia and couldn’t be happier! The ample grazing, outdoor school and off road hacking are great and having lessons /clinics etc on site is a real bonus.. The liveries, many having been at Pensdell for years, are a great bunch, very kind and supportive. Perfect place for horses and owners.

I have been at Pensdell with my horse for 4 years. It’s a yard the support every horse and rider with Julia working hard to meet everyone’s needs. It’s calm and set in a beautiful location in the country side. Would recommend highly.

Pensdell is a fantastic yard – one where people stay for a very long time. Julia is a fantastic, knowledgable person with a wealth of experience in horsemanship and the empathy and professionalism of an excellent coach. The yard is well run, very friendly, horses are happy and it offers a range of facilities such as good hacking and a lovely outdoor school and ample storage. Julia and Bob live on the yard and are always happy to help and support their liveries.

We’ve been at pensdell for a little while now and are more settled than we’ve ever been! The yard and it’s facilities are great, the other liveries are lovely and Julia is awesome! The horses (and us humans) want for nothing.
