The arena is very well draining and never has standing water in it. There is year round grazing in small groups with beautiful green grass in large fields. Huge nice stables with mats and some of the best hacking you will find anywhere with easy access to the Wessex Ridgeway and endless bridleways with lots of canters. We absolutely love it here!
